The Youth Skill Development program is multidimensional and develops market-ready youth through promoting vocational training and skill development sessions at school. The organization has started a Pre-vocational Education and Multi Skill Foundation course in Pune district schools. The Pre-vocational program mainly focuses on 6th to 8th Std and the Multi Skill Foundation program is for 9th to 12th Std. This program focuses on an internship model for gainfully learning employability skills through experiences in the real world of work. Initiated a vocational training program at the school level in the Pune and Satara district with 9th to 12th std with affiliation with DEVT and NSDC which is a certification body. Through this program, the organization reached out to 4000 beneficiaries. It helps provide skill-based training to enhance employability and job readiness. Offers vocational training programs for agricultural trades to meet the needs of the local job market. Improve the skill set of the workforce and contribute to the economic development of the community
project is currently running in 5 Schools. In this program, we provide 8 Counseling sessions for Career Guidance sessions for all students in 10th and 12th grade. Through this innovative step, we intend to support individuals in making informed decisions about their career paths. Provide counseling services to help individuals overcome obstacles and challenges in their career development that have increased their levels of engagement and assist individuals in identifying and accessing resources and opportunities to achieve their career goals.

Empowering Women is running across 51 villages in Indapur Block in Pune District and formed 250 SHGs and training provided to 3000 women. The program's primary focus is to empower women through skill development and training and promote gender equality and women's rights in the community. Supporting women in forming and managing self-help groups for social and economic development has been a key intervention area. We have been able to provide resources and support to women for ensuring sustainable livelihoods. The Trust has organized various programs on women’s rights in the district. This program is attended by SHG members or women participants. We educate women about their fundamental rights and Support legal matters..
This has been running in collaboration with local governance bodies like Panchayat Samiti and Zilla Parishad, different training is conducted for farmers to start agriculture-allied businesses. The technical support provided for farmers to establish greenhouses and organic farming production, etc. 300 small and marginalized farmers are trained. Promote sustainable agriculture practices among farmers. Provide guidance and training to farmers for the use of new technologies and practices to increase agricultural production. Support farmers in adopting environmentally friendly and sustainable practices. Improve the livelihoods of farmers and contribute to the economic development of the community
